How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account directly from within the MyDailyDay app. Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This action is permanent and will remove all your personal data from our servers.
How do I cancel my subscription?
iOS (Apple):
- Open Settings on your iPhone/iPad
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select MyDailyDay
- Tap Cancel Subscription
Android (Google Play):
- Open Google Play Store
- Tap your profile icon
- Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
- Select MyDailyDay
- Tap Cancel subscription
How do I request a refund?
Refunds must be requested through the platform where you purchased your subscription:
Apple App Store:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Or contact Apple Support
Google Play Store:
- Request through the Play Store app
- Or contact Google Play Support
Note: Pewter Software Ltd cannot process refunds directly as all payments are managed by Apple and Google.
How do I export my data?
To request a copy of your personal data, please email us at pewtersoftware@gmail.com with the subject "Data Export Request". We will respond within 30 days.
Are my tasks private?
Yes, your task content is stored encrypted on your device and is never shared with other users. Only aggregated productivity statistics (like completion counts) are stored on our servers.
What data is shared with friends or couples?
Only your display name and general productivity statistics are visible to connected users. Your actual task content is never shared.
